Autonomy training

Often our problems and conflicts are related to the ongoing fact that we make ourselves dependent on other people, things or circumstances, such that we feel unnecessary sorrow for other people as well as ourselves and things that might happen in the future. We often doubt ourselves too much and do not believe sufficiently in our strengths and aims.

We feel blocked, helpless or inferior and hence, often do not use our full potential. In autonomy training we uncover these automatic behaviour patterns and develop solution strategies to reach future and lasting behavioral changes. These blockades are dissolved and you can live, work and enjoy your life again.
