Psychosomatics intervention

If the psyche must perform everything, often the Soma (greek = body) cries out loudly , i.e. the body becomes a megaphone and catalyst for edged out feelings and needs, for fears and unresolved conflicts. The body forces us to rethink and to reorganise our life and values.

In the psychosomatics intervention we look for aims which can be achieved inspite of body discomfort. We will find step by step solutions to a worthwhile life.

The focus will be redirected from the discomfort, to the available possibilities. In addition, we use the mutual (in this case positive) influence of the psyche onto the body just like the motto: 'it is impossible that a person looks into the sun, without the face brightening up' (F.Bodelschwingh).
